Back in April of 2009 Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen were celebrating their marriage in Costa Rica when their bodyguards were accused of shooting at the paparazzi.
But this week, a New York judge has dismissed the lawsuit filed by two paparazzi, saying since Brady and Bundchen don?t live in the state, the charges don?t hold up.
Yuri Cortez and Rolando Aviles of the Agence France Presse claim that the guards fired multiple shots at them, narrowly missing their heads.
But Judge Judith Gische declared that her court would not hear the case as it is not in her jurisdiction.
