Trying to move on after their scandal-plagued split, Sandra Bullock and Jesse James have put their southern California home on the market.
The former couple are trying to rid of their Sunset Beach property, with the asking price rumored to range anywhere from $6-9.5 million.
According to Radar Online, the realtor trying to sell the sprawling abode “refused to say whether the property would be vacated during the process and would not comment on whether it was Bullock or James who put it up for sale.”
The realtor also was unwilling to divulge whether James will be moving during the selling process, with various reports adding that Sandra is busily moving into a Victorian home in the Garden District of New Orleans.
