They’ve definitely had their fair share of difficulties with the law, and now Randy Quaid and wife Evi have been arrested by police in Canada.
The detainment comes after the couple skipped town upon deciding to leave California rather than go to court for an outstanding warrant stemming from a felony burglary charge.
Reports tell that Randy and Evi were nabbed in an upper-class neighborhood in Vancouver on Wednesday (October 20), with Canadian officials moving forward with an immigration hearing.
Meanwhile, authorities in Santa Barbara, CA are said to have increased the set bail amounts for the Quaids, with a source telling Radar Online, ?The Santa Barbara district attorney requested an increase in their bail regarding the bench warrant from $50,000.00 to $500,000.00 to assure that the couple will appear in court.”
