Just days after finalizing his divorce from ex-wife Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods seems to have been able to relocate his recently missing golf game.
The scandal plagued PGA pro got off to a blazing start during round one of The Barclays in Paramus, NJ on Thursday (August 26), as he entered the clubhouse with a leading score of -6 par.
Having had dreadful showings at numerous tournaments including his worst-ever round at Firestone, it seems as if the weight of negotiating with Elin may be just what he needed to regain his focus on the links.
Of the recent legal parting with Miss Nordegren, Tiger told press the previous day, “I wish her the best in everything. It’s a sad time in our lives. And we’re looking forward to how we can help our kids the best way we possibly can. And that’s the most important thing.”
