As indicated almost immediately following her recent road woes, Eva Longoria has been sued as a result of her recent Los Angeles car accident.
According to court filings, Roman Gasparyan alleges that a sudden turn by the “Desperate Housewives” star led to the crash – which has left him with both mental and physical suffering.
Trying to get a payoff, Gasparyan also says that he has a witness willing to testify that Eva’s eyes were “bloodshot” – though Miss Longoria has responded by naming Roman as the party at fault.
Also named in the lawsuit, is Eva’s basketball star husband, Tony Parker, who happens to be the owner of the BMW being driven by his actress wife.
