Landing herself in some hot water, Kate Gosselin has just been slapped with a lawsuit for non-payment of marriage counseling services.
The mother of eight is being sued by Creative Energy Option after they have claimed that she failed to pay them for $10,476 worth of services.
Back in 2009, Kate requested the Pennsylvania-based company to fly out to Los Angeles for counseling, but once those services were performed, she failed to remit compensation.
Company president Dr. Sylvia Lafair told TMZ that Creative Energy Option has made numerous attempts to reach the reality star, but Kate has yet to make any payment arrangements, adding: “There are commitments people make and they should be followed through.”
