Getting a good start to his day, Eric Dane was spotted out to breakfast at King’s Road café in West Hollywood yesterday morning (August 20).
The “Grey’s Anatomy” stud looked a bit annoyed with the paparazzi as he made his way back to his car, sporting a black leather jacket and jeans.
As for the now infamous sex tape of Eric, his wife Rebecca Gayheart, and former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche, it seems things are still up in the air as to where it came from and what it means.
Peniche’s manager told press, “This is an unfortunate incident where someone stole some property, personal property, among three very good friends. They were very good friends when the tape was filmed a few years ago. I don’t know if they’re good friends now.”
Police, who once thought the tape could possibly contain illegal information, announced, “No determination has been made as to whether or not the DVD contained any information that could be used for a criminal investigation.”
