They?ve been dragging out their divorce for months due to legal drama and rehab stints, and now Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have begun the official process.
According to a report, the ?Two and a Half Men? star and his soon-to-be-ex have drawn up a 41-page agreement that spells out the terms of their split.
Mueller will receive a $757,689 lump sum and $55,000 per month in child and spousal support from Sheen.
In related news, Charlie is now trying to get his prison time exchanged for a probation term because he can?t go without smoking, and he wants to take care of his kids while Brooke goes back into rehab.
A source revealed, “Charlie realizes that any deal with jail time now means he can’t smoke. He says he can’t go without it. And Brooke is still not clean and needs rehab. That’s got Charlie worried about the kids so now he’s willing to take probation.”
